Probably the best band in the world

At a time when I find Music mundane and monotonous at best, there comes one shining gem, a glimmer of musical hopethat lyrical and melodic creativity is not dead. This beacon of light is Kasabian.

The quartet from the North East of England have separated themselves from your usual alternative bands to give you a fusion of all genres, and an unpredictability from song to song that grips the earlobe and makes you listen.
Fronted by Tom Meighan and guided by the composer of bliss Sergio Pizzorno, the Leeds outfit have held the position as popular enough to be admired without going against moral fibre and producing a chart-friendly album just for success like some other acclaimed bands have.
2009 saw them set the bar high for future greatness with the ‘West Ryder Pauper Lunatic Asylum’ album. And with success in festivals all over Europe they are currently at their most successful and don’t look like fading into the abyss anytime in the coming future. So keep an ear wide open for any upcoming gig dates set by the band, for I can tell you that you won’t be disappointed.
